CONDO-AMENITIES There are two villas available. The current rate for each villa is $70.00 U.S. a night. (October thru May) $55.00 U.S. off season Each Villa is totally private. Beautifully villas with kitichen facilities. Fully equipped with hot/cold water, gas range, and refrigerator. Ceramic floors throughout, including balconies. Lovely bathrooms, with fully tiled walls and showers. Spacious bedrooms, with closets. Screened-in windows overlooking the ocean and bay of YELAPA. Five minute walk to large beach, restaurants, stores, church and post office. Entertainment on beach, such as parasailing, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, and all sorts of beautiful sights. Maid service available
